These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Glimivo operated by Glimivo. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Glimivo.

Glimivo lets creators build interactive invitation micro-sites, choose visual themes, publish shareable links, and collect responses from recipients.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Before publishing an invitation, you must add a display name to your account. That name is shown to recipients on the published invite so they know who created it. You can update your display name in Account at any time.

Guest builder sessions let you draft invitations locally before signing in. To save drafts to your account or publish, you must create or sign in to an account.

Glimivo offers free themes that can be published without credits.

Premium animated themes require premium credits. One credit is consumed when you first publish an invitation that uses a premium theme. Republishing or editing that invitation does not consume another credit for the same premium theme usage already applied.

Your credit balance and purchase/usage history are shown in Account.

Premium credits are digital goods. Prices are shown in the product at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You complete checkout on Stripe’s pages. We never ask you to enter card details on our own forms, and we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

Credits are non-transferable, do not expire, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value.

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits.

If you have a billing question, email team@glimivo.com. We will review your message. Contacting us does not guarantee a refund.

You retain ownership of invitation content you create. You grant Glimivo a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the service.

When you publish an invitation, your creator display name may be shown on the invite page for recipient attribution.

You are responsible for ensuring your invitations comply with applicable laws and do not infringe others' rights.

You may not use Glimivo for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, spam, or malicious activity.

You may not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service in violation of our systems, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Recipients who open invitation links may submit responses without creating an account.

Creators are responsible for how they use recipient data and for providing appropriate notice to recipients where required.

Glimivo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimivo and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

You may stop using Glimivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
